Corporate Retreats/Meetings
- Escape the hustle and bustle of the office. Leave your mobile phone in the car. Build camaraderie. Whether staying for just a day, week or an entire week, businesses find value (and fun!) in team-building retreats at Camp Olympia. Our Retreats Director will work with your company to design a stress-free schedule perfectly suited for your team’s goals. Indoor meeting space is available, including audio and visual equipment.
- Activities – By far the most popular team-building activity at Olympia is the Challenge Course. The variety of low elements on the course is designed to promote teamwork and communication. It is “Challenge by Choice” on the high elements course, which includes the Giant 3-Person Swing, climbing wall, pamper pole, and 2-person zip line. In addition to the Challenge Course, team sports are also popular activities. Olympia has many fields and courts designed specifically for playing flag football, softball, soccer, sand volleyball, and many other team sports.
- Accommodations – Camp Olympia can host groups up to 450. There are 30 cabins total, each with 14-20 bunks. Cabins are organized in clusters, with some clusters having 2 cabins and others having 4 cabins. All cabins have heat and air conditioning.
- Meeting Space – The largest indoor, air-conditioned meeting area is called the “Top of the O’Dome”, with capacity for over 300 people along with Wi-Fi for internet access, a projector and floor-to-ceiling screen, and wiring for multi-media presentations including a DVD player and satellite television. Portable sound equipment can also be arranged. Chairs and tables are available for use. Olympia’s Chow Hall also offers meeting space that is indoor and air-conditioned. Camp Olympia’s newest cluster of cabins has two separate, indoor and air-conditioned meeting areas to meet the needs of groups up to 50 people. Finally, outdoor, covered meeting space is available in the “Bottom of the O’Dome”. There is also an outdoor chapel site which can seat over 300 people. Certainly courts, fields and woods provide additional outdoor meeting areas as well.
